Senior Pastor

Scott Chadwick

Scott Chadwick has served as bi-vocational Senior Pastor of FBC Hutchins for fifteen years. Prior to taking the position of Pastor, Scott also served as the Youth Leader, Church Treasurer, and as Hutchins Baptist School Principal. Scott has been married to Peggy for over thirty years, and she is an ever present help in every facet of ministry where they serve. Scott, Peggy, and their son Kodiak spent a year on the mission field in Mexico from 1999-2000. They have a deep love for all people and hold the Hispanic peoples very dear to their hearts.

Scott's secular work is Inventory Control Manager at Freedom Buick Chevrolet GMC. Scott enjoys riding his Harley, fishing, and shopping in thrift stores. He graduated from Liberty University's School of Biblical Studies and proudly displays the diploma signed by the late Dr. Jerry Falwell. Scott graduated from Lake Highlands High School in Dallas, TX. Scott also holds various certificates for Christian Counseling and Church Leadership.

It is his prayer that you and your family will find a warm loving place where you can freely worship as you desire.

If you are looking for a church home let me ask you to visit First Baptist Church of Hutchins where God's love is shared and the message of the cross is taught.
